Spacious Accommodation
The luxury apartment in Playa Paraiso by AltamarHomes has two bedrooms and two bathrooms (one with a shower, the other with a bathtub). The living room offers sea and mountain views, and the large balcony on the 8th floor provides stunning views of the ocean, mountains, and a small gorge. Beds, mattresses, and bedding are extremely comfortable, and plenty of towels including pool towels are provided.
Amenities
Guests have access to a year-round outdoor swimming pool that is heated, impeccably clean, and surrounded by a fence where lizards can be spotted. The pool has a shallow end, and there are always enough sunbeds and umbrellas available. An open-air bath and a sun terrace are also on the property, and free WiFi is available throughout.
Amenities
The apartment includes air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen with all essential appliances, two coffee machines, a toaster, mixers, and a washing machine. Services offered are private check-in/check-out, concierge, and free on-site parking with accessible parking and parking garage. The building has a lift, non-smoking rooms, and CCTV in common areas and outside property.
Location
The apartment is a 7-minute walk from Las Galgas Beach, with nearby larger supermarkets Lidl and Mercadona a 10-minute drive away. Aqualand is 10 km away, Siam Park is 13 km away, and Tenerife South Airport is 28 km from the property. The location offers a beautiful promenade for walks, plenty of great cafés, small shops, and live music in the evenings at the Hard Rock Hotel.
Family-Friendly Accommodations
The apartment has family rooms with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, making it convenient for a family of four. The complex is chosen again by guests mainly because of the large heated swimming pool, which is safe with a fence around it and a shallow end. There are three small grocery shops nearby, and the area is excellent for exploring the island.
